back to shavin the humps, anyone in the know have any input on makin a filler piece from fiberglass and molding it in? will fiberglass bond to the plastic bumpers? i'm pretty handy with fiberglass, but never tried modifying plastic body parts with it.

I'd find a damaged bumper and cut patches from it to match contour and material. Then have them "welded" in place by a place set up to do such work. Any filler work would be to only smooth things out.

yeah fiberglass for sure wont work. it will have to be the same plastic. there is a guy somewhere on the internet that has already done this like 2 years ago.
since your good with fiberglass i go some stuff for you to make me.

They make a plastic for fixing holes in these new fangled bumper covers. Any auto paint supply store should have it.

ok i welded the holes shut last night. took about an hour and a half to do.
oh yeah and i got a spare bumper and some fusor to shave the humps

ill post some pics when i load them.
