Just wondering if any of the GM/Chevy insider guys out there know if any recent updates to the PAL controller have been issued (within the last year and half or so) that could help this. When I originally had the PAL installed it worked with my iPod touch no problem. THen I got the 3G iPhone and it did not work at all saying this accessory is not made for the iPhone. I read that there was an update flash and had that done and the iPhone 3G worked aside from the charging so I bought an adaptor and solved that problem. Now I updated to iOS 4.0 on my iPhone and I am back to the "This accessory is not made for the iPhone" error message and tomorrow I am getting the iPhone 4 so I fear that will not work either. It appears to be a software thing as it worked with iOS 2.x and 3.x.

If not I guess I am throwing a playlist back on the iPod touch as I plan on giving my wife the iPhone 3G. Makes me wish I had the 2009 radio in my 2008 HHR SS because if the iPhone did not work I could just get a cheap 8GB USB flash drive or something as I know those work because my buddy has a 2009 Cobalt SS with that radio.

Any help or information is appreciated.
