I has adjustment rings that allowed me to set the angle...so it is not looking sideways.

Nice install on yours, BTW. Very clean!

BTW I suggest a shielded video cable since my camera randomly turns off and on in a blinking pattern, but otherwise works fine for being a $10 ebay rear view camera.
