ummm thats escessive. the screws offer nothing else but to keep the enclosure together until the glue dries. otherwise it is pointless.

i do $5K plus systems on a weekly basis and so do the other 8 guys i work with. reliability and workmanship is our top priority and no returns

I'm coming into this forum late but..... I was thinking of doing a downfiring box as well, however with three tens. I want to make the box fit inside the rear area as tightly as possible while still being able to get it out if needed. I had this system in my old Dodge and took it out for the HHR and am just waiting to put her back together. I do however like the look of the two Sony's.
