cutting the plastic behind the head unit

cutting the plastic behind the head unit
ok so I did this in my last vehicle because if I didn't, the double din would not even fit
I just installed the rear cam RCA and it sticks out too much
I have 2 90 degree RCA male to female for the sub outputs, but I needed those apparently and also need one for the rear cam output
I starting cutting some of the plastic behind the sub out RCA's to make room.
I cut a lot out but it still doesn't do the trick.
I felt behind and there aren't any wires or anything that is needed that i can tell
I also like doing this because the air flow would be better.
also interested in putting a small fan behind there to help the air flow for the head unit - how good of an idea would this be?
