Dynamat vs peel and seal

Anyone tried peel and seal?

You get roughly 12.5 square feet for under $15 of peel and seal, and on ebay less than 1 square foot of dynamat for $10

I've used peel and seal in my 85 astro cargo van before I got the interior done. It worked real good. I used a hair drier to help it stick- On other projects in the winter, I've held the pre cut pieces on front of a space [torpedo] heater to warm up the black side!

BTW they make peel and seal here in Coshocton Ohio. I can buy 2nd's from the factory for $30for a roll 100 sq ft. Most people here use it to cover old mobile home roofs!

I have Peel-n-Seal on my rear hatch. Actually some left-overs from my metal roof install when we built the house. Very thick, about 18" wide, and sticks like DEBT!!!

I used Fatmat, half the price of dynamat, did the whole interior minus the roof.
