fuses - sunroof

Can anyone tell me the diference in the operation of the sunroof fuse(s)?

There is a sunroof fuse in the fuse box under the hood, and a sunroof fuse in the kickpanel (#20 I think) in the passenger area.

I pulled out fuse in passenger area, and sunroof still appears to work fine - open, close, etc. So what does this fuse bring to the party?

Thanks
