HID "cutoff" pictures

mods feel free to move this if it isn't in the right section

I was wondering if the people who have installed HID kits in there halogen housings could post up pictures such as the one below? Please post up the specs of your kit, if you have a lowered suspension or not, and if you have had any problems with oncoming traffic.

this is a stock photo taken from google.

thanks for the reply. What wattage did you pick How do they look while facing a wall? The stock halogens have a nice cutoff so I'm wondering what HIDs look like.

Not sure.... manually I guess since the search engine doesn't accept three letter words. I guess "headlight" would narrow it down some but not a lot.

You can order the 55w kit for the hi/lo beams .. but only 35w for the foglights ..

I recommend 5000k light choice .. the 6-8000 is blueish .. 3-4000 is more yellow like stock and 5000k is just right, bright white :)

I've had HIDs n 6 of my cars, i love them!!!

55W is overkill in a non projector housing IMO.

Thanks for being honest. I have seen quite a few say that they never get flashed and that they don't blind oncoming traffic. What gives? Is it headlight aiming? The K rating? Denial? lol

lol, I honestly think that most headlamps....have to much of a "chrome" reflective housing on the inside....thats just a guess though.
