It's easy, you can see that spot standing beside the car. I used an old coat hanger and chiseled a tip. Taped the wire to it and shoved it though the area that no other wires were going through. It takes a little effort and once you have it shoved through about 5 inches, look under the hood and pull it through.

Actually you are better off making a small loop in the hanger, then wrapping up the piece of metal hooked around with electrical tape so it is not sharp. Then, once you shove it through the firewall, all you need to do is put the wire through the eye and then pull the hanger back into the passanger compartment. The cardboard piece over it is a pain, and so after running a few wires at different times, I just made a hole in it to make working there easier.

Lee, that was what I tried first, but could not for the life of me get the blunted end of the coat-hanger through the grommet to save my life. if it cools off a bit here, I'll try again this weekend. Reaching that grommet is a royal PITA :)
