And yes, it works with the factory sub and headunit. BUT...in order for it to work with your factory unit....you have to install a "line out convertor".

So does the rear floor panel still cover the spare tire and all that?
I just got a 2010 HHR LT with the most basic headunit. I already had the door speakers replaced and now I'm looking to add a sub that doesn't take up much space. I'll be changing to an aftermarket HU this week after I order the GMOS-LAN-03 thing. I wasn't exactly stoked to find that I'd have to buy a $100+ kit to install my headunit.
I just got a 2010 HHR LT with the most basic headunit. I already had the door speakers replaced and now I'm looking to add a sub that doesn't take up much space.
