Lol, navigating the music while driving is easy. The rest of the stuff is a little too much to try and navigate through and drive.
I sat outside in the car for a good hour or so figuring everything out.

Another update:
Added a reset switch for the computer- incase the computer freezes, I don't have to go into the trunk and manually reset it- I can now reset it from the front :).
Also added most of my music- about 200 or so albums that I had on my home computer are now on my carputer. Also added 6 movies (adding a few at a time- these take a while to transfer).
Added album covers that show up in my music files on my front end program. Also added a spinning Chevy logo on my front end main menu
Here are a few new pics:
Watching the movie Waiting. The picture on this screen is better then any in dash unit I've used.
There's the computer reset switch
Spinning Chevy logo in the center
Notice the album art on the left :)
In the next few weeks I'll have either XM or Sirius installed (haven't decided which yet), and most likely GPS installed.
Also going to be relocating the computer- installed a slim case and will most likely store it in the rear quarter panel (where you guys with the premium sound system have your stock sub/amplifier located).
Also will eventually be molding the screen into a dash kit for a cleaner look.

Nice set up bro. I built my own home desktop computer. How much harder is it compared to building a desktop. Can you give us an aprox. total cost? This is a mod that we'll probably start seeing more and more.

All in all, I've spent about $1000 on everything. It's a little more difficult then building a regular home PC, just because you have to hardwire power for the psu and there is a much longer run for cables. It's not hard at all, however.
On another note, I had some trouble installing the DVD drive. I miscalculated the size of the external case I got for the slim dvd drive, and it doesn't fit in either of the places I planned on putting it (center dash compartment, and glovebox). I've still gotta figure out where the hell I'm gonna put the DVD drive
