Look at the black jack(black rectangle) in the lower right of the picture; it is soldered onto the PCB. The OPs radio may be the same as mine, which was different from NxlKing's with the separate small PCB.

Replaceable, YES. A sourceable part, unknown.
Sure it can be sourced......Newark Electronics, Digi-Key, Mouser Electronics, RS Electronics, etc. There are a number of sources you should be able to use.
