MTX RE-Q, hook up amps and sub to factory head unit

Has anyone tried this product from MTX, looks like it has a lot of good features to let you integrate amps into a factory system with all the adjustability you may need...I'm thinking about hooking this up to my 2008 LS with the base stereo system. All I have right now is an amplified base tube to hookup, but will expand in the future.,.

It looks like it does some as the Memphis 6ix I've got in my Panel.

I was interested in it until I heard that the signal sensing remote turn on has some minor issues where your equipment turns on and off during pauses between songs on a cd. Mind you I have not used it, or experienced this first hand, but I did hear that when I was inquiring about using it. Just FYI

That....and they have a tendancy to induce ground loop noises. I still think a regular ol' PAC SNI-35 or a TRUNK-LOC is a better choice. Granted, you will need three for the system to still function as it does now, but at least it will work correctly and not fail.
