My new In-Dash DVD w/ pic!
Just installed a jensen 9410 2006 Model. Im very impressed with the picture quality. This unit uses a Panasonic TFT. I got it for $250 off Fleabay. Im happy overall and recommend the unit. My brother has the same unit and has been using it for over a year with 0 problems also. Used direct wire method so chimes are all gone. I dont have onstar or premium audio.

And I'd assume the screen folds down (until it is extended straight out) and slides back into the radio compartment.

Right on..im using aftermarket fogs and my switch is installed to the left of the steering wheel. And the unit has 2 choices for the screen. I have it on auto screen out so when i turn it on it comes out automatically and when i turn car off it lowers and tucks back in the unit. And its weird because I had a newer Pionner unit installed and my FM reception was awful. This Jensen is crystal clear for FM reception.

Looks good!
I've been thinking about installing one of these so my wife can watch movies when we're going to the cottage (or any other longer trip).
I've always wondered - do drivers actually watch these things when they drive? Wouldn't it be nice to have dvd player even for the DVD MP3/AAC playback? Why would they be more of a distraction than Ipods and Cellphones (which are legal)?
I once saw a guy reading a newspaper and eating a bagle in rush hour traffic! I wonder if having Robin Williams Live on Broadway would be more of a distraction...
