we are both wrong and both right check out these links, the reference series come in both 2 AND 4 ohm

I learn something new everyday. I went to the Infinitiy and Crutchfield web sites - The older shallow mount version (6012si) was 4ohm, the newer 6022si is now a 2 ohm speaker.

do you have to use the 6022si shallow version reference or can you use the 6012i ?
