Thanks a bunch I got the email showing you had replied to the post. but don't see the post here???

but in a nut shell, I'll take the J1 and find the XM wire at terminal #18 and remove that wire. and then try the PAL.

With out hooking the XM wire up.

Since I don't plan on using XM. hopefully I won't need a reflash... I'll try this today after work and report back as to success or failure...

Well folks, getting the wire out of the BCM Plug was a PITA, but once I did it. PAl worked like a charm, no XM interference. All is good.

I know that at some point if the vehicle is ever sold. I'll have to notify the new owner/dealer, ect... assuming I remember...:)

Once again the forum comes through with a great knowledge base....
