Popping sound heard in speakers when i come off brake pedal

Popping sound heard in speakers when i come off brake pedal
I thought the popping sound was coming from the adapter for the aftermarket head unit. Since all the sounds go thru the radio, but now i think its the pioneer premium amp. Anyone else have to replace that pioneer amp in the rear next to the factory sub?
