Powered subwoofer and Premium System

Alright, I had 2 12" kicker comp vr's, and a 1000 watt amp running them, they sound awesome. I sold them a week later, I am married, we needed the money. The HHR had no cargo space, I agreed I had a problem with it. So, now I have the stock premium system. With the right adjusting, the bass is coming out. But....it's not the same. My question for this forum is, If I get a 10" powered sub, either the Infinity Basslink, the MTX Thunderlink, or the Audiobahn, which would sound better? And I know its no where near the same as my original system, but compared to the pioneer system; how much more will it bump? Times, 2, 5, 1000?? I wish. Thanks.

Hey,thanks for the welcoming. Thanks for the response also about my question. I live in Howell, which is pretty much half way between Detroit and Lansing. As for pics, I am planning on getting some on here when the weather clears a little and I can wash the HHR real good. I have a pretty plain, right of the floor HHR; but they look good regardless! Thanks again.

To cyberone3's reply, you are talking about a whole seperate 10" I assume, with an amp? I am curious to how these Powered subs sound in the car, every store has them disconnected or not out at all. Thanks again.

yes a sepearte 10 and and aftermarket amp run from the rear low level to a subwoofer crossover to the amp sound really good in the factory 8 box as for powered sub i was going to go that route but same as you everywhere i went it was disconnected just let for show and also i don't use the cargo area much be when i do i pile it up and if i need to get into the storage compartment under the shelf i couldn't so now i have the thump i want and no loss in space and can put the shelf high or low and vibrate my seat
