Putting in a sub...

hey guys, first posts and i have a Q.....Gonna be putting in a sub because the factory 8" just isnt enough. I have the upgraded pioneer 7 speaker system. What i wanna/need to know is how have most of yall hooked up the remote wire and where have you tapped into the speaker wires for the high/low, either for the converter or just straight to the amp....TIA for any responses....

From what I have gathered, there should still be a pink wire behind the radio somewhere, even with the base system. I havent checked yet to make sure though.
