The rain is also keeping me from finishing my taillights. I wanted to get it all done today because I won't have any free time for a while...

why install the LOC at the radio? I have the PAC one that plugs in no splicing, its behind the deck

This one? Unless you know something I dont, there's no way to get to the plugs at the back unless you remove the trim and screws to pull the head unit out.
