Very Custom HHR Install for Local Car Dealer

I thought that you might find this interesting. My shop was contracted by a local Chevy dealer, Brodheadsville Chevrolet, to install a trick system in an HHR. They plan on using it as a statement piece on their showroom floor.

We thought that this would be a perfect project to track on our website. We are doing updates on the progress of the project.

I didn't even know that there was such a thing as an HHR forum until one of our customers who has one told me about it. He said that the readers here might be interested in following the progress.

Here is a link to the initial post...

http://www.mobileedgeonline.com/wp-c...-this-install/

Currently (December 13, 2007) we have 3 posts and will be adding another soon.

It is not going to be a crazy install, but it will look factory, and will not take up 1 cubic inch of cargo space!

If anyone has any questions about the install, please feel free to email me, I would be more than happy to help out.

Thanks,

Mitch

Very cool that they are doing one with the rear window delete option!

Please keep us posted when you update the blog about the build. I'll be real interested in seeing how you do the audio set-up in the cargo area.

Small world!!! Brian designed the install and is working on the details but Bob is doing the bulk of the work.

We should have an update by the end of the day... Not a lot of progress, but with remote Car Starter season here, we are working on it in between other work...

Great to hear from you!
