World's Loudest HHR

I have just tested a 150.3 dB on my TermLab

I will get an official score at the dB Drag this coming weekend in Niagra Falls.

Has anyone posted anything louder?

Termlab is the only real meter, Audio Control can be as much as 7 dB higher.

Groovy. I think mine will only do around a low 40ish.

150.4 in Niagara Falls! Isn't that the place that all the nerds in high school used to say thier super model girlfriends lived? Kind of a fantacy land of sorts. Lol, I'm just messing with you. That's good! SPL isn't my thing. I like the old school IASCA SQ format. They still have it but barely every use it anymore. I have just barely started on my system. It will be mostly hidden and integrated but I wanted to ask how you made that entire box glow like that? I'm kind of thinking something like that might work well in my electronics tray. Can you reveal your secret

Thanks everybody.

Its still a work in progress,

I am currently using an Alpine CDA-9894 deck to 3) Hifonics Goliath 3000s To power 3) 12" T3 Audio TSS woofers, I have 3) Kinetik audio 2400 batteries for this show.

I have only deadened the hatch so far. The roof rings a little, but the deadener will not change my score, it will make my resonant frequency a little higher though. At this temp and altitiude I am using a 42 hz sine wave.

My box is lit up with a sheet of razorlite. www.myspace.com/razorliteusa we are updating our razor-lite.com now or you can even check out www.ceelite.com

The HHR is great for SQ too, you will have to deaden the roof and floor alot but it really is built good for SQ too.
