XM location

I just wanted to check to make sure that I take apart the right panal. Is the XM receiver box located on the passanger side of the trunk? Is it as hard as I suspect to remove the panal? Thanks

I don't know if that's the right location but I can tell you its a real pain to take off the panels in the back. Not hard, just a lot of work!

Thanks for the diagram, Monster. I want to sell my XM, but keep my OnStar and cell. There are 2 boxes shown-a digital radio receiver and a communicator. I assume the receiver is the XM, but how is it connected to the communicator? Can just one be removed, or are they interconnected? I do not want to screw everything up

The XM receiver is not connected to the communicator, just the radio and antenna.
