Question XM Radio Subsription renewal deals?

My HHR came with the XM radio, at first I didn't think I'd pay for radio - but I'm getting hooked. After the 1st 3 months free from GM / XM, has anybody got or been offered any deals to subsribe, other than the standard rate?? Any tricks to negotioate?? Thanks

XM called and offered something, but since I've been a subscriber for 2 years, I think it might have just been the multi-radio discount.

A couple of friends from work told me that when they call for you to subscribe tell them no becouse they will call back and offer a 6 month deal at a better price. I have a sirius plug and play so I will not be keeping the xm, if you like rock music I suggest checking out sirius radios playlist compared to xms. I feel sirius blows them away especially since xm got rid of music lab.

They ran a special where you paid $8. for shipping and they gave you a second radio (roady xt) (Ithink) for free. Now I pay $12. for two radio's. I love the service. I can listen to whatever I want and they the children stations for the kids. Give them a call. I think its worth it!

I can't wait to get rid of my XM. My wife and I are Sirius listeners and love it. I just want to make sure it looks good when I have it installed. I do like the stock radio and probably with keep it for a while. Just upgrade the speakers. But it is sure great to listen to great radio. No commercials is another reason to pay extra for what ever service floats your boat.

Love xm!

wife gave me a Delphi xm 2go for Christmas. Didn't think I would want to pay for radio when I've got so many cd's.

Now I rarely listen to cd's or radio.

I really recomend Deep Tracks and Bluesville!

If you plan on keeping your HHR for ever, you can buy a lifetime subscription. The sunscription is for the reciever unit, that can be a selling point if you ever decide to sell your HHR also.
I bought lifetime subscription on a protable unit 2 years ago.

I just received a subscription offer to renew...and have only had my car about 3 weeks

I decided not to subscribe...( I actually thought about trying to swap-out the XM unit for credit with the dealer...)
