I found this http://www.streetbeatcustoms.com/Che...arts/Air-Bags/

how many lb rating would i need for the front and back?

i dont want to spend $2000 like some company was trying to sell a complete kit for

Try sending a PM to lunchbox, he's the probably the best active member here to ask about "bagging" an HHR, I'm sure he can either help you or point you in the right direction.

Yeah man, if ya got any questions, just let me know

I'm kinda interested in the complete kit you mentioned, it might not be a bad idea. I started off by bagging just the rear, and ended up re-building my setup by the time I bagged the front. With that being said, I'd suggest doing everything all at once.

To bag just the rear you'll need:
An air tank ( 4 gallon pancake tank fits in the spare tire hub ) ~$100
Compressor of your choice ( Viair or Air Zenith ) ~$200 - $400
Bags ( Slam Specialties RE-6's, or any 6" bag ) ~$80 each
Switch box ( anything ya want, at least FBSS ) ~$100
Valves ( manifold, individual, accuair, etc. ) ~$300 -$600
Pressure switch ~$20
Then tubing, gauges, and whatever fittings you need to tie everything in

After all that, all you need to do the front is get the bags. The only company I know that offers specific bags for our rides is AirLift. They are direct replacement of the strut assembly, with no modification needed, but cost $650

Good luck, and again, if ya have more questions just hit me up

After all that
