big rotors all around?

big rotors all around?

im trying to search around, but can i put rotors on the rear of my LS? im getting ready to bag it and put my 18" soltice wheels, so i want some nice brakes behind the wheels if possible. what are my options?

There are several threads on this subject so a search under rear disc should provide most of the information you are seeking! In a nutshell if wanting rear disc your only current option that we know of is to install an HHR / Cobalt SS rear axle! They can be found in the $500.00 to $750.00 range! Then you can do big brakes from there! If not wanting to throw down that amount of cash we had some new rear drums sprayed at the powder coaters with a heat discipating paint in a mat black finish! They have retained the original finish for over a year now and beings done in a mat black do not stand out behind our 18" wheels like some colored or rusted ones do!
