hello everyone, i have a 2009 hhr panel which is lowered, before i start throwing parts at it , i would like to know what the clunking noise is . when the car is barely moving im getting a clunking noise . from the front end. any ideas thanks

there is a long list of people haveing this problum check the front sway bar links most people ar gettinf the Moog with grease fittings, Moog # K750012 about $30.00 each.

I replaced my Sway Bar links with the Moog with grease fitting and still have a clunk especially in cold weather. I really think the sway bar bushings are the issue but unless someone makes a better quality bushing to OEM I see no reason in replacing them because with age a new set will perform the same as the ones that are currently installed.

There are Polyurethane bushings I have wondered about that have anyone changed them? what were the results, I notice the Eibach front sway bars come with the bushings and hardware to install, I have sent an e-mail to Eibach this morning about this same question waiting for answer.
