Leveling dilemma
#21
Look at Fire's first pic. That is just dropping the rear. Now look at Larry's pic. That is the Eibachs front and rear. Notice when you drop the whole car it sits level with the Eibachs. Their rear is stated as the same amount you say you need to be even with the front. If that is the case then perhaps something is wrong or has been altered already with your suspension.
I just want to even out the gaps front and rear. All the 4 piece lowering springs drop the rear more than the front, resulting in leveling and lowering.

Fire's first pic is dropped just in the rear (more than 2", iirc) and looks odd, while his pic in #8 shows his corrected stance with the 4 corner drop he obviously originally intended.

I used Fires pic as an example of what will happen even though the car looks level look at the gaps.
Larry's pic shows that the gaps are even and the car is level. Again if you have no intension of lowering the front then you have but one option and that is it.

Another fwiw. My car on the full set of Pedders measures :ground to fender.
front:26"
rear :26 1/2"
The side skirt only measures about 1/8" rise from front to back.
These measurements are with the redesigned Pedders rear springs which are a 1/4" lower than the original Pedders.

Confirmed they are softer 'fo sho.
They are/were. As I mentioned, the car tended to squat even when empty when I accelerated hard. Seeing how it's a front drive, soft springs definately were the culprit.
