Although I DON'T have an aftermarket swaybar on my HHR, I can tell you the purpose of the swaybar (or 'anti-sway' as it's commonly known) is to "tie" the rear end together- left & right. This mod affects lateral movement, which is whats experienced when going through twisty's. I think the ONLY time the swaybar is adversely affected is when the vehicles 'twisted' (e.g. drivers front is jacked up, passenger rear is lowered). Seeing that this would rarely happen under normal driving conditions (even with bags), I'm sure it would only IMPROVE your HHR's overall handling.

Scoot is correct; the sway bar will work without problems on the bag kit.

It's main enhancement is preventing wind sway, or lateral sway from the rear under hard cornering. You will not have any conflict in using the Air Suspension Kit and sway bar together.
