Out of round brake drum

Here's one I should know the answer to, but it's been too long.

I replaced my rear drums a short time ago, now one of them seems to be out of round/warped. Symptom being the wheel definitely scrapes and slows down in the same place when spinning by hand, and vibration from the rear while braking. Does not seem to be the bearing as it's at the same point and I cannot feel any play, it's a new bearing but it took 2 returns to get a good 1 out of the box.

When I did the last brake job I replaced everything from the backing plate out.

Question is: will having the drums turned fix out of round?

If you are sure it is the drum, then yes turning it will true it up.
Have the brake shop check it first before making the initial cut with the lathe. They can tell you if it's "lopsided" or not.
Also, long shot here but check the hub contact area on the drum. Look for any possible stress cracks in the metal.
If it isn't the drum, then it's time to doublecheck the installation of those new brake parts.

I have quadruple checked the installation. Today was the first time I thought to spin the wheel more than just an adjusting push. The entire mechanical system has been r&r d repeatedly due to stupidity and bad memory.
