thx all for your info and url's----can a novice easily install one of these??
(novice = not advanced and not a lamebrain-----somewhere inbetween---on a 1-10 scale---maybe a 4 1/2)

If you have 2 hands, and can turn a wrench, you can install it. Takes 4 bolts. A second pair of hands to hold up one end is nice, but not really necessary. We've installed them in under 10 minutes at a few different meet and greets here in So Cal.

trust me i'm a novice on doing things to my car. having a mechanic dad does that a bit, since he used to do it all.
You need a ratchet and a socket (15mm if i remember?), 2 zip ties (or another person) and like a half hour max. It's so easy. There are better install photos on the forums though, the ones provided by TTR aren't as great (side not you should get some photos from the guys on here, the one guy with the red bar, so much easier to see with that in the photos then black on black)
If you're skinny enough, you don't even need to jack up the car or use ramps. By skinny, i mean i'm 6.2" and 220 lbs and i fit under the car...

Gripes
This is one of the big gripes I have with my 09 HHR- It sways and gets blown around all over the road and the cornering at higher speeds is really twitchy. it feels like too much electric assist. After reading all of your reviews here, the TTR sway bar sounds like the answer! Just ordered one - cant wait!
