Ride Quality With Eibach Sports

All,
Just finished putting the Eibach springs on. Ride is quite firm but acceptable. I am running 225x18s. Glad I didn't go with a stiffer combination. Love the handeling though. How is ride with the more agressive drop springs?

How much drop do the pro's give ? I have pro's on my Camaro and like them and they work well and look great .

Everywhere I have seen lists them as 1" front and 1.6" rear drop. Not as much as the Goldlines.

oh i was a little confused by your headline title. I got a set of goldlines for christmas. 1.75"front 2.125"back not sure what gen.? I plan to put them on around spring time, just so in the winter i have more ground clearance and less chance of getting stuck in the snow. I'll let you know what the ride is like, even though i've heard mixed reviews.

Ya I would love to get the goldlines for the summer, and in winter the HHR could be used as a snow plow. Anyone in the snow belt get the goldlines and regret it?

Prod is correct on the 1 front and 1.6 back drop. Just enough for me. Would have liked a little more but do not want to bottom out or harsher ride.

I'm worried about gross weight.. I want the Eibach springs, but I'm afraid if I have four people in the car its going to have "problems" like bottoming out, scraping anything of this nature?... Anyone experience this?

I was considering getting the Goldline kit. I asked my local shop if they could install but he said no and that there would be alignment issues. What exactly is involved in putting on one of these kits and I read somewhere about an alignment cam or some other piece that may be necessary? Anyone do this themselves and then have the alignement adjusted????
