Stock Rear Shock Absorbers

My 06 HHR has 50K on the original suspension. I am planning to install new MOOG greaseable front sway bar links when I replace the front brakes (pads and rotors). I am also considering replacing the rear shocks. I want to stay with stock shocks.

Which shock is the best for the money: KYB GR-2, Monroe Sensa-trac, or Gabriel Ultra. None of these companies differentiate between soft and sport suspension. Or should I go with Delco factory shocks?

A friend of mine who works on cars suggested the KYB. I can get them at Summit for $30 each. The Monroe and Gabriel are about $35 each at the local parts stores. The Delco is about $50 each at my dealer.

Thanks for your input!

I've read that the KYB is the same as the FE3 "sport suspension" that came on the 2LT.

My 2LT has the FE3 suspension so the KYB should fit the bill. I stopped by Summit this evening (Friday) and bought a pair of KYB GR-2 shocks ($62.39 with tax).
