I hadn't heard of the OTT bar before. 4130 huh? Wonder if it is hollow. I'm sure you'll know when you get it and feel the weight.
I went with an Eibach. I like it. Works as it should. That's all that really matters. Put up pics when you'r done.

The OTTP bar being 4130 probably is hollow[never heard of 4130 being a solid bar]. Most road racers, and autocrossers use the Hotchkiss bars, and they are hollow, 4130 .

Hope to get the bar soon and give it a test. With the Pedders springs backordered a couple of weeks, this way I can test the bar first, then test the bar with Pedders springs, to see any difference, from stock setup. Trust me, I will wring it out. The OTTP bar being a inch and a quarter, I'm sure it will be plenty stiff enough. "Moon"

In response to Sleepers post, and all others: From time to time I like to "stir the pot" so to speak. It's all in fun, just to get a response from people, and nothing serious.
When I do get serious, there is no doubt about it, but I reserve that to very few ocassions, that deserve my acid tongue.

which in and off itself is can be a good thing. depending on how the bar is built, potentially less unsprung weight. and you also need to think of the physics. two bars of equal size the rod will be stiffer than the tube. but if you use the same amount of material from the solid rod to make a tube that's 1.25" in diameter, you have greatly increased your strength.
But also keep in mind that every time the bar bends to be tucked up an inside away from the road it adds more spring rate(more material). were as the straight across bar, even if its was the same diameter would have less twist...

waiting to read yer write up on the bar. when I got my TTR bar I hadn't heard about the OTT bar. maybe you can "borrow" some ones TTR and do a comparison
that "acid tongue" must be reek havoc on your tooth enamel...
