Sleeper,

I'm an Overkill guy myself.
To me it kinda equates to being High Quailty minded.

In other words: I only want to do this job once......

In my past boating business I always used that practice and still have boats in service with 25+ years in a Salt Water enviroment and no problems or comebacks because of workmanship or materials.
I only took on the Custom Jobs that most all Boat Dealer couldn't or didn't want to tackle because they didn't have the right people and/or didn't want to loose money because of the time constraints required to do Real Qualilty work.
I looked at it as not just a Business, but also as Labor of Love.
In the 50's and 60's I was a Car Nut
In the 70's and beyond I became a small Boat Nut.
But I still love cars of course !!

SF-

I think we have much in common. I think of my work as High Quality minded as well..

I used to be a boat nut, as well as car/truck & cycle nut..
Been about 20 some years since I was involved in boating.

Still in cycles (engine & tranny) & cars / trucks, & am pretty much still a NUT..
