sway bar link

Okay so I've started the repair that most have had to do.... I took the sway bar link off the passenger side front. Had to cut one of the bolts off. Now I need a new nut. Besides that, does anyone know the specific recommended torque I should put on this when installing the new one? Also, for those that have done the repair, Do you still have to use a needle nose or other type wrench to keep to link bolts from spinning?
