I came across there on ebay for $100 shipped. Any good?

We sold those springs (made by progress), for a short time when Gold-Line had ran out. Nearly every pair we sold was returned (they bought Gold-Lines instead!).
Here's a pair installed on an HHR:
See how the spring coils bind up? Bad design.
And that's just sitting on a rack! Imagine actually driving down the road - it ain't pretty!

I assume your concerned about cost so here goes. I had SpringTechs in my HHR for about 12K and have never had a problem. Paid about $175 shipped to my door. Easy to install and I've never bottomed out, rubbed, or hit, not even with over 500lbs in the back. It'll retain the stock rake only lower which may or may not be the look you want.
There is a lot of info on springs so do a search, and decide for yourself.
