Traction control?

Traction control?
Traction control light is staying on on the dash. How do i reset it? I just came on during slushy snow the other day.
ABS light is on as well.
Both wheel bearings ABS sensors are good.
07 HHR Panel
What could be the issue? And how do i fix it?
Thanks, Mike

Welcome to the site the traction control is turned off when there is an abs code in the system.
Typically the abs system resets it self when the fault is not active. If you light is still on then there should be active fault.
You need to get the fault codes read then you can go from there.
You say that the both sensors are good but there is a sensor on each wheel along with a long list of thing that can fail.

to the forum!
And I'll second Lucky's advice, have the OBD II trouble codes pulled and then post them up.
Without the codes, we're flying blind, and then it gets into guessing. Guessing gets expensive, so the inconvenience of having codes pulled will save you money in the end.

Hey. Thanks for the replys. I bought my HHR new in 07 and it did this once before. But i couldnt remember how the light went out.
Yesterday they did go out on their own. I know sometimes stuff has to reset on its own after so many key on/key off turns.
I am an experienced mechanic, and i have a nice Mac Tool scanner that i hooked up. Hoping to see a code. But there was none. Which surprised me.
I had replaced the left front wheel bearing a couple weeks ago. And i thought maybe i had softset the abs wire. But i checked it out and not so.
The owners manual tells you almost nothing.
I knew i could find out here. I have "lurked" here before. Should have joined a long time ago.
Thanks again.

Unfortunately Lucky & fine69, not all OBD II scanners are capable of pulling every code from an HHR. First they have to be CAN-BUS compatible, and even relatively recent scanners might not be.
All that being said, and after re-reading the original post, I think it's possibly that some slush may have splashed up and frozen on the reluctor ring of one of the hubs. That could interrupt the signal from that corner's speed sensor and trigger a code.
