‘55 Chevy tail lights

Now that I have the money for the 1955 tail light conversion I can’t find it. Are they still being made?

If you can track down the original sellers, they may still have some lying around.

Did anyone figure out what car they were originally designed to fit? They have that stupid looking down turn and big seam. I guess a body shop could use them as an armature.

x2 Donbrew. The fit and finish is rather on the terrible side. They just look super goofy to me.

I'm glad I am not the only one. I didn't have the heart to tell American&Proud what I really thought of his taillights...john

The first time I saw a photo of them I thought it was distorted. Then I saw other photos. Whopper used the right word, goofy.

If somebody made them for the HHR they would look better, like follow the top fender line at least. Most I've seen used thick tape to install, some used the no foam type and that looked better.

Agreed w/everyone, & for almost $1K they should have been kick butt on HHRs ..

John- A&P was so proud of them, I couldn't say anything either.
