Grey plastic does not need paint. Scratch it, it stays gray.
Why not wander into a junk yard. Get the entire waterfall.
You have I14 on the RPO tag.
There were mostly 1 color used, the others are rare.

It’s 141 Medium Dark Gray , ask for Marhyde interior plastics paint.

Go to O'Rileys they can match it to your vehicles paint.

Sorry, I see no scratching. I thought the pic was to show missing vents. The waterfall is incredibly easy to replace, thousands in junk yards probably less than $20.
If you are looking to change the color, just go to the local store and get some plastic paint in the color of your choice. While you are at it include the radio bezel.

Find your local auto paint store, go to Home Depot, go to Lowes, go to WalMart, go to any paint store.
