eh, agree fee-bay is not the ideal location to source certain things.

But I'm surprised you guys are anti-header for street. I see no purpose on stock 4 banger...But for nice V-8, Oh Yea.

I’m not anti headers, just pointing out the cost effective replacement of a cracked exhaust manifold.

With headers, it’s more of a cost versus benefits issue. Unless you go all out with “full bolt ones” including a tune, you’re really not getting much more performance, especially for street use, with modern cars that flow pretty good stock. Some headers have actually been shown to reduce performance unless you spend the additional money for additional upgrades.

It’s like the 275 lbs guy who strips out his interior when it would be more cost effective to just go on a diet for that extra tenth, lol. I swapped out the exhaust on my other V8 car and the drone drove me crazy so I’m back to stock. The car is already faster than I can drive it!
