The results seem pretty reasonable, as I suspect forum participation among HHR owners is probably most frequent at or shortly after the time of purchase.
I bought mine in 09/07 and paid it off in 04/08. It has 8,000 miles on it which make me cringe, but about 7,500 of those are from bi-weekly 200-mile round trips I make between offices doing exactly what I bought it for, so I suppose I shouldn't complain. I look forward to the mileage deduction on my '08 taxes, that's for sure.
Oil changes at 500, 2,500, and 6,000 miles, all with Mobil 1. Tires rotated and air filter replaced at 6,000 miles. It has never burned anything other than premium and runs like the day I drove it off the lot with 17 miles on the odometer.
