Those are likely "Gorilla" brand nuts, there aren't many different sockets that come with them, so it's not that hard to find a replacement socket.

When we bought our '92 Pontiac Grand Am it was a program car and came with the anti theft lug nuts and no key.
The dealer said they would find a key for the locking nuts for me. Time passed as it tends to, and the tires continued to wear. The dealer couldn't find a key socket so I took my die grinder and a lot of time to make six sides on the round key. Once I had that done it was easy enough to remove the locking lugs.
Naturally after all that work I found the special key lug hanging in a little bag in the trunk. Evidently the original owner had made the little black cloth bag just to keep the special lug in and had not bothered to tell anyone when he turned the car in.
What I probably should have done is weld nuts on the end of the special one and turn them off that way but,... I ain't that good of a welder.
