The 2008, 09, 10 SS and the 2009, 10, 11 LS/LT’s had the window switches in the driver’s door.
The 2006, 07, 08 had the console windows switches.

how hard are those mirror covers to pop off?
my plan was to vinyl wrap mine because I figured they'd be a pain to try to swap (I have chrome, I want black)

You tip the mirror glad and use a screwdriver to release the plastic clips from the bottom, then move the mirror and release the top

I went out and popped the drivers side cover off and plug is there for fogs, and the marker was unplugged so got that plugged in. I got on the passenger side and popped the wheel well cover up and found the fog wire wound up on the loom up high, after getting it un tangled and all there is another loom coming off the fog wire with this sensor on it, where does this thing mount? Im assuming on the metal frame behind the bumper under the headlight? If anyone has a picture of where it goes would be great....also what sensor is this anyways? Thanks for your help.

I just realized I’ve never used fog lamps in my life, even though I’ve had them on several cars and still do on two.

Maybe I should try them out just to see what all the fuss is about.

If that is the outside temperature sensor, then I believe it's supposed to be on the "frame rail" on the right side. (I think Donbrew knows if this is correct)
Here's a pic that shows the location. Somewhere around the yellow circle.

That's right for 2006-2009. After that it was just hanging around by the radiator.
That is what that is.

FMG thank you, exactly where I thought due to the reach and fog plug.
DB, I remember seeing it on the 08 above the radiator but this wont reach there, and FMG showed exactly where I assumed it would go.
Pulp, youll be amazed, I love using the fogs as they light up the sides/shoulders.... and actually help to see the lines as well as the pavement at night.
