Your's has the dual headrest DVD players (UJ5 code) ? Wow. Don't think I recall anyone else on this site that has them in a SS.

 

Oops. Sorry, that's not there. Good catch! I basically started with the full list and deleted everything that wasn't on the label, and obviously missed (at least) one. My excuse is I was working from 3 fuzzy pics.

Now I want to know what a UJ5 looks like.

Page 216 lists two (2) UJ5 code:
UJ5 CLUSTER,INST(COOL TEMP,TRIP ODOM,TACH,FUEL,SPEEDO,ANALOG,METRIC ONLY
UJ5 VIDEO DISPLAY DUAL HEADREST DVD ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM

Is your cluster in metric ?
If not, you would have video screens on the back of the front headrests.
I'm guessing it would look like this:

But the list I found is quite long and it's for all GM's if anybody wants to look up a build code.

If code SLM was SLN it would be:

I Googled it and it appears to be a GM incentive plan of some sort.
