Well, before you go braggin too much, I get reimbursed for 90% of my gas so it makes life a lot easier on the budget! But it is still quite a bit of time on the road. I've been making the drive since Aug '05. Only 8 more years to go.... lol

I did it, I did it... I filled up Monday evening on the way home and the DIC read 516 miles!!! The more I drive it, the more I love it!

I get about 320 to 350 per tank with city and freeway driving with the lt2 auto with the larger motor.

we have the LS 2.2 Auto and average a lil under 400 a tank highway and about 300 city....... but we all have to remember its a 16 gallon tank. 300/400 is what i averaged in my nissan sentra 2.0 5 speed with a 11.9 gallon tank.

mine has said 431...I drove from Providence to DC on one tank...filled up at Baltimore when it said "fuel low"...probably could've gotten there if i ran it all the way out...

I couldn't believe it...more recently I've gotten from DC to Columbus, OH

Here's proof that the HHR can get the advertised 450 miles to the tank. I think I was getting about 26 MPG when I refuled at took a look at the estimated distance.
