8 years ago today, we brought home this little HHR

We signed the deal on Dec 12-2009, picked it up and brought it home on Dec 16-2009.

First photo, just 2 years old and 34,000 miles.

It was cute, just not cool!

Definitely needs an altitude adjustment!

Thanks, it’s the best ride I’ve owned, hands down! Oh, sure there’s been a part or two to replace but, we like the ride the size, the look and the looks we get!
I’m amazed by the number of people who have no clue just what it is!

Blue,

Your picture at the delivering Dealer reminds me of the first HHR I bought.

It was a New 2011 Metallic Dark Blue 1LT with a 2.2L Auto.

The dealer had installed a GM HHR Stainless Exhaust tip to spiff it up a bit and make it look like a 2.4L from the outside.

That was actually the one that got me hooked on these Fun to Drive Truckletts.

I have always Admired your conservative customizing approach to OLDBLUE and amazed at all the Happy and Enjoyable Miles it has traveled.

I consider my HHR's as the most fun vehicles I have ever driven.
They tend to grow on you the more you drive them.....

Happy Birthday to you both.

Silverfox
