Do you two want to add a picture under your name on the left, or under each text post or a picture to a post. The first two I can be of no help. For the last see:

to add a picture under your name on the left, you have to be a premium member to use an avatar.

To put a picture in your signature (the area at the bottom of every one of your posts, you can edit this in your profile area.

To put a picture on any post for that one. To use an attachment, you have to be a premium member. But to link to one you can use the image icon at the top when creating a post (have to be in advanced post mode if just making a comment). If the photo doesn't exist on the web already (simply using a link) you can add this image to your gallery and then link to it.

To be a Premier Member you have to make informative posts here for a very long time or frequently post irrelevant messages like "Welcome", or +1 or or Ha Ha!

With being a premium member you have access to some member only areas. Ability to attach photos to your posts. Use of an avatar. I think more use of your profile (don't know for sure) and the ability to fight of a dragon with just the use of a dagger (worked for me at least...)

Yes, all they need is to copy the IMG code.

exactly. To go it the easy way and just attach it while posting, you have to be a premium member. If you use the IMG codes though you can post a picture from anywhere on the web, be it a link, image from you gallery, anywhere!
