I'm not sure if you have the capability to produce those things, but they're at the top of my list.
- We already have a single exhaust system for the Cobalt that will fit the HHR. A dual exhaust is a possibility.
- We already have a coilover system that will fit the HHR too.

Unfortunately, Body kits and tails are things we don't do.

That coilover setup looks really good. I have a couple questions though: Are the rear springs still used with the rear coilovers, or are they removed? Also it says there is up to 4" of adjustment, is that 2" above or below stock ride height, or up to 4" below stock, or somewhere in between?

Yes, the rear springs are removed. The adjustment is 4" below stock...

It's been a while, so here we are to ressurect a thread that still has a lot of merrit. At this point, we've gone through pain-steakingly in the design of our ram air intake for the HHR with CrashMan82 At this point we've started the jigging for the tube layout and we're eagerly awaiting construction of our filter housing charge box! (which is in a 3D model a couple pages back)... this baby should be ready for production mid-January!

I've been thinking about the coilovers. The rear setup seems a little strange to me, with the weight of the rear being supported by mounts that were designed for shocks. Unless I'm thinking about this wrong.
