Since your sig says you own a panel, are you asking if your's has the side airbags?
I think it depends on the year model. The side curtain airbags didn't go in until the later years.
Easy way to tell is there will be an emblem moulded into the upper trim that says "Airbag".
My 2010 regular body HHR has 4 of these emblems. All located just above the upper pivot point of each seatbelt harness.

You can tell by the "AirBAG" on the bolt covers on the pillars.

They started making the side curtain airbags standard in the 2008 models if I remember correctly. So if yours is a 2008 or newer it should have them, but like firemangeorge and donbrew said easiest way to know is to look for the word Airbag on the pillars or above the seatbelt harnesses.

Well useless information is still good information lol and you never know when you may need it. I know I try to learn as much as I can about any car I own or have owned. After all it's never a bad thing to be knowledgeable about things like that.

Since the OP didn't bother to post back up, I guess you could say all our info was kind of useless.

Just a pet peeve of mine when OP's don't bother to acknowledge the helpful info that others give them.
